My client is a specialist consultancy specialising in Asset Management and they are looking for someone to join their ambitious professional services department with a background in Loan Security. They are a medium sized company with a very prestigious name behind them, a majority of instructions would be originating from both HNWI or Prop Co's.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in other areas than valuations such as Fund Management or Asset Management, potentially looking to move client side eventually.
About the role:
* London and South East based instructions
* Loan security valuations predominantly
* Broad spread of asset classes including, offices, retail, industrial and the occasional residential
* Very competitive bonus scheme and salaries
* Potential to go in at or be promoted to associate director within very small time frames
* Mid sized consultancy and small valuation team
* Track record of managing a high number of instructions and pressure
* 1 year + PQE
* RICS registered valuer
* Dynamic and ambitious
