Position Overview
Responsible for the coordination and management of planned maintenance regimes for the region, with the aim to maintain the life expectancy of assets, completion of PPM works within SLA and Management of the remedial works within the PPM regime. To familiarise themselves with all the regional contract PPMs, Book in and liaise with the PPM resource and the client base, ensure work is done within specified contractual SLAs. Work as part of the PPM team reporting to the PPM Supervisor. Track and ensure paperwork is up to date, closures are maintained and remedials are highlighted and processed. Upmost priority on compliance/ SLAs/ costs and teamwork.

  • Responsible for the allocation/ booking and system completion of all planned services within remit, detailed planning of work with a minimum of 12 weeks in advance
  • Raise PMC remedial works and action, monitor to completion
  • Organisation and prioritisation of work schedules
  • Liaising directly with client and suppliers to agree appointments and completion of works within SLA
  • Daily management of service providers/contractors and in house resource
  • To accurately record all information of servicing for compliance purposes, maintain certificates of completions and any paperwork associated.
  • To monitor and update asset information to accurately maintain the asset list and schedules
  • To monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep clients updated of status and progress of resolution
  • To request service sheets from contractors and request quotes for remedial works
  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of the core requirements and procedures
  • To identify and apply opportunities to develop maintenance schedules following cost saving initiatives
  • To take action to keep up to date with changes to the contract and sharing information learned with the team
  • To handle and actively resolve any issues/queries within the role
  • To be an integral part of the team
  • Attend required meetings with suppliers and the team
  • Management of the Interserve Office/ environment collectively

  • Any other admin work which may be required to maintain the business.
