Working as part of the Talent Management team, you will be exposed to a number of key projects and be able to liaise with senior stakeholders in the Cummins business. You will be responsible for coordinating events, booking training facilities, collating training material as well as designing communication documents and presentations. The successful candidate will be well organised with excellent written and verbal skills. You will be a confident self-starter who will engage with key contacts in the business and be able to carry out research.
