Our client is looking for an Account Manager who will maintain an understanding of their business , whilst continuing to keep up a high standard of customer service at all times. Ensure compliance with the Company's health, safety, environmental and ethical standards and contribute to a positive work experience.

Job Role:

• Manage the M & E and fire maintenance service contract across a mixed portfolio of residences, offices and commercial, taking responsibility for service delivery, profit and loss, health and safety and KPI target delivery.
• To deliver a culture of customer service excellence within the direct employees and supply chain working on the contract
• To deliver sustainability objectives in relation to the service delivery and support the client's objectives in the area of energy, marketplace, workplace, community, people, diversity and report.
• Ensure that the contact returns profit to the company in line with agreed budgets through cost management, cost saving initiatives and the generation and delivery of extra works
• Ensure that the agreed contract service delivery SLA's, KPI's and QHS&E compliance targets are met
• Ensure that any extra works generated by the contract are delivered through the Contract team
• Provide reports to both the client and General Manager
• Chair contract meetings as required and produce minutes
• Provide clients with technical expertise and promote initiatives that will benefit both client and company. These include but are not limited to sustainability, efficiency, energy and cost
• Manage the contract team on a day to day basis ensuring that a the staff structure and processes are in place, ensuring that QHS&E compliance is in place to support staff in their duties to deliver the contract
• Participate in the recruitment process when applicable working with HR to carry out interviews, inductions to both company and site
• Ensure that Tool Box talks are carried out along with site inspections are carried out and reports are submitted to the QHSE manager
• Conduct PDR's with contract staff, monitor performance and progress
• Oversee mobilization of new contract sites when applicable, including assisting with asset verification reports, condition surveys and PPM planners
• Manage sub-contractors
• Negotiate contract variations with the client
• Carry out accident and incident reporting
• Estimate and produce written quotations for extra work
• Review purchase orders and authorise
• Participate in out of hours managers escalation rota

• Degree or HNC/HND level qualification in building services engineering, or equivalent experience and qualifications
• Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Knowledge and experience in management of health and safety, IOSH Managing Safely
• Valid UK driving licence
