You will primarily support the Service & Sales Manager in the daily Operations of the Service Department in order to delivery excellent Customer Service to the UK customer base. You will strive to achieve service excellence while at the same time improve customer satisfaction, increase profitable business volume and increase the company profile within the industry.|
You will bridge the gap between Operations and Service department and be involved with projects. You will manage customer expectations to a higher level and have a drive and ambition to go above and beyond. You will travel to sites and meet customers and clients face to face and have the ability to create and build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. Communication is KEY to the success of this role.
You will oversee contract costs and deal with financial invoicing using SAP, eventually becoming the main point of contact for the daily financial concerns.
The business tools used in daily working practice are PRISM, SAP, eCase and Salesforce. Highlight in your application if you are familiar with these.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8-10 years working experience in a technical role to automotive or similar industry and preferably skilled and experienced in the operation and commissioning of at least one area of ENGINE or VEHICLE TEST TECHNOLOGY. You must have a high level of negotiation and presentation skills in order to showcase your confidence for the job. You also must have a full UK drivers licence.
