We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate engineer to join our client based in Malvern, Worcestershire. |
Our client is a leading specialist in the manufacture of water flow regulators.
Job Title: Graduate Research and Development Engineer
Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Your role will see you playing an integral part within the close knit Research and Development team, offering exposure to a wide range of elements within the department. Duties of the role will include:
*Providing support for new design projects to comply with customer specifications and applications
*Providing technical drawing generation/numerical control using Solid works
*Procurement of parts and materials necessary for the job
*Running trials of prototype samples including material evaluation
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level within mechanical engineering and possess a keen passion for engineering, in particular research and design. You will be a strong and confident communicator, with the ability to work well within a close knit team. You must have working knowledge of CAD software, with Solid Works experience being an advantage in particular. A knowledge and interest in fluid dynamics would be highly advantageous.
