Main purpose/objectives of role|
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful Property Consultants who have several vacancies across the UK.

The Company is a medium sized consultancy who provide traditional building surveyor services with a personal and focused approach.

This role requires you to take ownership of key projects and clients. Be able to operate independently and be able to manage those within your team. It is expected that you will pull upon the close team to deliver an exceptional service.
Experience in producing, compiling and entering building regulations is essential. Good knowledge of NBS specification writer and AutoCAD would be advantageous.

You should have experience in:
Building Surveys and Report Writing
Party Wall Matters (preferable, but not essential)
Prepare tender and contract document, and advising on appointing contractors, designers and procurement routes
Preparing scheme designs and specifications works.
Advising on the preservation/conservation of historic buildings
Determining the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair
Advising on the management and supervision of maintenance of buildings
Dealing with planning applications and advising on property legislation and building regulations.
Assessing and designing buildings to meet the needs of people with disabilities.
Advising on construction design and management regulations.
Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
