Management of Sales order processing

Updating the CRM System

Liaising with clients on a regular basis

Responsibility for processing orders

Responsibility for liaising with clients and updating the system.

Coordination of requests through internal departments and external suppliers

Processing the Sales Invoices

Adhoc admin duties

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accomplished organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Good Customer Service Skills
Experience in a Sales administration role
Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
