CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Critical Services Engineer to join the team located in Mulhuddart, Dublin. The successful candidate will provide Engineering / Management services for critical & engineering services account wide within a data centre environment.

Role Summary:

* Arrange for all critical services engineering change management approvals including all client approvals for all critical services activities account wide
* Manage all critical & engineering services third party contracts
* Ensuring full H&S accountability for all site activity within the stated job dimensions
* Overview training from CAT C to CAT A technicians, as per best practices
* Manage and ensure Data Centre OPS client compliance is implemented
* Ensure full adherence for CMMS compliance for critical services activities
* To deputize for the Site Manager as required
* Where reasonably practicable be available to attend site for S&U issues OOHs
* Ensure that all third party follow up actions required from service reports are followed up to completion
* Respond and follow up on all critical failures and near miss and save to closure and implement corrective actions to ensure no repeats of same
* Manage significant event reporting and follow ups for all critical events to closure
* Provide engineering solutions / support for critical plant and equipment activity, and support for none critical engineering issues if required
* Manage / create all Technical EBVO submissions for all changes or new activities associated within the critical environments as required
* Spearhead energy offerings to the client
* Review / plan critical systems loads account wide and ensure clear communications and corrective actions when required are communicated to the client
* Optimize the Maximo system scheduling plan against the critical services SLAs for all maintenance activities associated with critical environments and ensure all manage now and switching schedules are in place for same
* Ensure all correct asset replacement or management plans ore in place and are inputted to the asset replacement plans and are relayed to the client as required
* Interact with the client to ensure first class delivery of service across both projects and critical environment

Experience Required:

* Data Centre experience
* Experience of facilities management and service delivery (or equivalent) at a senior management level
* Have a clear understanding and experience in scheduling and conducting technical maintenance activities to agreed service level agreements. Be competent in developing and reviewing complex switching schedules
* Must have experience in HVAC, Generation, STS, UPS, HV (desirable), water, and fire alarm, systems with a full knowledge of current electrical / mechanical regulations
* Must be competent in managing and implementing critical services projects
* Should have a knowledge of CCMMs / Maximo maintenance systems and be able to follow a tight process control
* Proven experience in contract management and be able to communicate effectively to staff and service providers alike
* Hold a current driving license
