A well known Housing Developer is looking to appoint an organised and motivated individual to work in the Customer Care Department. You will be joining a small and friendly team and reporting to the manager. As a Customer Care Coordinator you will be a main point of contact for the customer, ensuring the defect work is completed in a timely manner, ensuring that any outstanding issues are reported and addressed.
You will be liaising with sub-contractors and site teams - excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring relevant trades and sub-contractors have completed scheduled work, being a main point of contact for customers and ensuring the work is completed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for sighing off competed work and ensuring the customer has had a positive experience through out this process.
Suitable candidates will have some industry experience in either construction or house building. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential and being able to work effectively within a pressurised environment is a must.
This is an extremely busy department, you will need to be able to pick up systems quickly and turn tasks around quickly.
This temporary role is up t o 3 months and could lead to a permanent position.
