An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive within a well-established Telesales team.
Our Client is based in Birmingham and is a leader in Mobile Phones, Telecoms and Consumer Technology. They offer a very competitive salary with uncapped commission with a realistic OTE £25K in year 1. They offer full product and system training with promotional bonuses to all their staff.
The Sales Executive will be working on an established Telesales team and will be given a database of existing customers to contact on a daily basis.
The successful Sales Executive will:
• Making outbound B2C calls to existing customers to process upgrades
and up sell additional services.
• Proactively contacting the customer base and selling their entire range
• Building customer rapport, creating call backs and managing your own
diary of telesales opportunities.
• Responding to Web leads, inbound calls and e-mails on a daily basis.
The successful Sales Executive will have:
• 1 years' experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment within any of the
following - cold calling, inbound, outbound or lead generated telesales.
• Focus and mentality to exceed targets constantly.
• A telesales role will need you to have a competitive edge, always
wanting to win with a desire to succeed under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
