As a Commercial Executive you will be on the frontline of the EE Home & TV's Commercial & Value Management team helping to drive growth, direct strategy and deliver results in a fast-paced, exciting industry. You will be a key player in supporting the Commercial Managers to drive key commercial projects and deliver tight budget-planning and performance-tracking required to drive forward commercial improvements. Considering the fast-paced nature of the role, you will be a methodical worker that thrives under pressure and is able to adapt to meet the demands of a changing workload while simultaneously effectively managing the expectations of key EE stakeholders.

What you'll do:

* Drive the delivery of key commercial projects and initiatives

* Drive profitable growth among existing customers through pricing, planning and propositions
* Communicate commercial updates to the business unit and stakeholders
* Be informed on key trends within the broadband market and able to analyse and interpret information in order to spot opportunity and drive commercial decision-making

You'll definitely:

* Have great stakeholder management skills and be able to manage a virtual team to deliver projects
* Have a logical approach to work and an ability to remain calm under pressure
* Have sound commercial acumen; be able to chart and interpret key metrics including revenue, P&Ls and EBITDA
* You are confident with PowerPoint and have strong presentation skills
* A knowledge of industry trends and Telco experience (fixed, mobile or TV) would be preferable
