We are looking to secure the services of an individual to provide third level ICT support, people skills are every bit as important as technical ability, as part of a close-knit team whose primary focus is upon solving the problems of the end-user - proficiently, promptly and pleasantly.|
As well as resolving issues as they occur, you may also be involved in supporting planned activities including projects, technical upgrades and routine maintenance - ensuring at all times the integrity, availability and security of the network.
The primary purpose of this role is to develop, implement and maintain systems and technology in order to deliver integrated solutions to the business.
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Coach, mentor and support members of the ICT function in order that systems are available in line with business requirements.
Ensure a high level of system integrity, availability and security is achieved.
Develop, maintain and implement systems and technology in order that solutions are found to meet organisational goals.
Prepare and present technical solutions in order to meet business requirements.
Plan and implement projects from single sites through to global implementations in order to meet business requirements.
Transition implemented systems to the relevant support team.

Active Directory - GPO
Windows Server 2003 - 2012
Server hardware troubleshooting
Windows 7 & 8
Microsoft Office 2010 & 2016
Lync / Skype
Knowledge or understanding of:
TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP
Microsoft Office 365
Desirable Technical Skills:
IHS / Atrion - regulatory affairs
Cisco switch config
Symantec Backup Exec
