The purpose of this role is to build business by identifying customer needs and selling products and services; maintaining relationships with existing customers which enables you to identify possible up-sell and cross-sell at future dates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated telesales expert, focused on achieving their OTE through a solid work ethic, to join the Fasthosts Sales team.

• Leads the UK market in one of the fastest growing industries; cloud
computing, Hosting and Dedicated Servers

Key responsibilities:
• Inbound, outbound and live chat sales calls
• Strong focus on account management
• Outbound/Inbound Calls to grow business
• Up Selling and Cross Selling all Products
• To consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets
• Develop outgoing opportunities by identifying and targeting prospective business using all available means including prospecting/cold calling
• Respond to incoming requests across all communication methods for new services and where possible, up-sell and cross-sell products into the existing customer base
• Build positive and consistent relationships with the customer base to ensure maximum additional revenue generation
Skills & Experience required:


• Proven track record of selling B2B on the telephone, revenue generation and exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Strong Closing Ability
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to proactively generate leads/sales opportunities and effectively maintain and expand business relationships


• Solid understanding of the IT and technology industry and its business applications
• Must have outbound/Inbound telesales experience with proven track record of achieving KPI's
