Payroll Support Specialist - BAU - Project Support - Polish, German, English Speaking|
9000 to 10000 Polish Zloty (PLN) Per Month - Negotiable
A global provider of business process management and integrated professional support services is seeking an experienced Payroll Support Specialist to join a team of SAP Payroll Specialists providing BAU and Project support to the Company's European region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland).
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
> Support SAP HR/Payroll processes throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland
> Resolve end user issues relating to SAP HR/Payroll in a timely manner
> Work closely with project teams ensuring a seamless transition from completed projects to BAU
> Coordination and liaison with Team Leaders, Project Managers
Essential Skills & Experience
~ Knowledge and experience of SAP HR/Payroll modules
~ Perform configuration changes in personnel administration including new additions to the personnel structure, creation of new personnel actions and new subtypes for various info types
~ Support Live Payroll issues in the Payroll system involving configuration, validation, business analysis etc.
~ Experience with Swiss and/or German Payroll and payroll legislation
~ Reporting issues and process improvement ideas
~ Excellent people & communications skills, both written and verbal
~ Ability to work on multiple work streams, to tight deadlines and under pressure.
~ MUST be fluent in Polish and German
