What: Assistant Marketing Manager
Where: Bracknell
When: ASAP
How much: £175 - £200 per day
How long: 4 months aprox

Job Purpose
To deliver the agreed channel plans to hit sales targets
To ensure marketing activity is executed to an excellent standard
To maximise marketing spend ROI through test and learn and optimisation programmes

Day to day marketing execution in offline channels and of CRM plans
Contribute to and own the execution the offline and CRM marketing plans
Develop and monitor a test and learn approach to inform strategy and channel/ROI optimisation
Ensure that all marketing activity is on-brand
Identify and drive innovation in the offline marketing channels and via CRM
Align and target marketing activity based on Customer Strategy and behavioural segments
Providing timely analysis and reporting of marketing effectiveness
Briefing and management of third party agencies
Building close and collaborative working relationships across eCommerce and Marketing

Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in CRM
Appreciation of the wider marketing mix
Experience of managing agencies and budgets
Proven ability to influence across functional boundaries
Proven leadership capabilities in complex environments
Experience of multi-channel retail

Additional Info
• End to end management from agreeing what content is in the email to checking live proofs and reporting results
• Managing our email service provider, data teams, trading teams, copy writers and designers, operations and stock control and liaising with third parties and other internal marketing teams
• They'll work closely with the permanent members in the team who will help shape the plan and provide guidance, but this person will be fully responsible for the successful delivery of the email communications and associated sales targets
• Managing a test and learn programme
• Email communications will increase during peak, 1-3 emails per week of a medium complexity in terms of versions, selections and personalisations
• There will be constantly changing trading priorities so this person must be organised and able to work in an agile way - a calm manner in a busy environment would help'
• Lots of stakeholder management and resolving conflicting pressures on resource
• Ideally we're looking for someone with extensive email delivery experience, our ESP is Salesforce, if they have experience working with them that would be great
• Retail experience would be desirable
