An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to work within Central Government on a contract basis. The position will be based in London for an initial 3 month contract offering up to a maximum of £300 per day LTD company.|
Two parts to the role: 1) Working with departments to get data, building dashboards on platform with the data, understanding Google Analytics / Digital Analytics / Data Visualisation. 2) Performance platform going through rebuild so help decide what it will do in future. Help measure performance, working in mixed team (Developers / Product Mgrs / Delivery Mgrs etc.)
Zendesk, new dashboards, transactions explorer, supporting platform.
Data analysis of current usage to inform future of platform defining and delivering ways of making data based decisions about the platform based on wider sampling techniques working with designer and developer to assess different data visualisation technical options (and other technology decisions) for the platform providing data driven input to discussions on the future of the current platform.
Strong proficiency with digital analytics platforms, including Google Analytics
Demonstrable success in developing implementation strategy, roadmaps, measurement frameworks, instrumentation, quality assurance, administration and analysis
Strong data storytelling skills - discovering and sharing analytical insight with stakeholders with various levels of analytical expertise and at all levels of seniority
Building capability with product teams and wider stakeholder groups to undertake analysis, and iterate products based on analysis and data
Experience of working in an agile, project-based environment, focussed on delivering user needs
Experience in AB testing/multivariate testing
Experience of measuring outcomes and ROIs in both publishing and transactional environments
Experience of using digital analytics APIs
Experience with search engine optimisation and conversion rate optimisation
An understanding of, and practical experience with data analysis and visualisation tools, e.g. Google Refine, Tableau
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Python or R
Essential: Google Analytics, Digital Analytics - demonstrate can process data, carry out QA and implementation is accurate Demonstrate theyve made a difference in similar role. Ability to influence. Stakeholder Management experience.
Desirable: Agile qualification / Python scripting
