polkadotfrog are currently recruiting for 1st line support engineer to join our clients growing team offering support services are available to global customers. Our client working with a wide range of cutting edge technologies to deliver its services, and is actively scaling its services on a global basis to support its growth.

Within this new exciting role you will be monitoring the environment to ensure service levels are maintained and exceeded. The appointed candidate will be undertaker taking first line diagnosis and investigation of technical incidents, to address problems or adverse trends and you will eventually play an active role in developing and improving the management of environment. On a day to day basis you will be executing changes in the configuration of the platform. actively communicate with main stakeholders the status of issues/events and tracks actions to ensure appropriate audit trail is in place and log / document all issues and communication and updates stakeholders as required.

Essential requirements:

Ideally some support experience in a highly pressurised 'real time' mission critical environment.
Able to communicate with main stakeholders and customers
Level head, calm and clear thinking, open minded and flexible
A thirst for learning and continued professional technical development
A sharing mentoring attitude to others in the team.
Ability to work to deadlines, and possess excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills


Supported a web based internet service
Understanding of Scripting - training provided
Proven track record working with customer support teams and development
Previous involvement in application support activities
