Now Hiring:Customer Service RepresentativeEntry-Level PositionsNo Experience Required Position Availability: ImmediateMonday - FridayFull Time HoursWeekly Compensation (Hourly)Full Paid Training Provided Summary:We are seeking someone who can professionally handle all questions, requests and product NA and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact NA evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's NA developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer NA passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for NA to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in NA "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant NA a pleasant, patient and friendly NA decision making and analytical NA detail orientation and communication/listening NA to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when NA a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
