Job Description:

Bakery Technician Overview Bakery/Sales Associate Primary Responsibilities - Providing technical support for Retail Accounts and supporting our Sales Team in the facilitation of sales related events. This is a home office based role with 80-90% travel required. Multiple positions available based out of Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, New York and Denver. Technical Support - Responsible for: Conducting market research, analysis, reporting and NA research and developing new products and NA other duties as delegated by Director of NA Account associate NA Store and Remodel Support Sales Support - Responsible for: Procuring, receiving, delivering, preparing, and staging fresh bakery samples for the purpose of supporting sales presentations to Retail Supermarket Account Procurement NA technical input during the meeting, capturing key points and action steps as well as providing follow up after the NA tear down, cleanup and restocking of support materials for future NA other duties as delegated by Director of Sales. Qualified Applicants must meet the following criteria: Key Competencies:Ability to perform hard work in a fast-pace work environment and meet the defined physical activities, (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.)Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizing NA communication skills (written and oral).Proven Creative and Innovative skill NA solving NA to work effectively with and through a cross functional team to achieve stated goals and objectives. Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.A minimum of 5 years Bakery Management or professional training experience.A minimum of 5 years sales experience in a food related field.A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Bakery (baking) NA have knowledge of Retail In-Store Fresh Food operationsAbility to develop, support, train and implement products/programs as NA relationship building is critical.A flexible work schedule is required.
