We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to work for an aerospace company based in Fulwood, Preston. This is a key support role based in the HR Services recruitment team and responsible for the completion of on-boarding activities of contingent workers within the HR system.
Duties will involve;
- Resolving queries from the Customer Support Team
- Provide additional administrative support to the recruitment team on an ad hoc basis which would include:
- Filing
- Support the compilation of assessment centre boxes
- Ensure that adequate printing of assessment documents are available.
- Support Recruitment Advisor’s on assessment centres throughout the recruitment cycle.
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and a positive approach to work. You will be motivated to succeed. You will be able to pick-up tasks and work from own initiative. You will be happy to support others when needed. You will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player. You will be required to be flexible and adaptable. Accuracy is also essential.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment. Previous exposure to/experience in HR function desirable but not essential. Experience of working as part of a team essential along with experience in coping successfully with a varying workload.
