Trinity Tech Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Associate to help our HR Manager and Payroll Administrator with their daily duties. Trinity Tech is a growing company, and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team that can see themselves growing with the team. This position is perfect for a recent graduate looking to get some great experience in the field of Human Resources. Location: Etobicoke, Ontario Type: Full Time Requirements:Related Degree/DiplomaDedication to UrgencyExperience with Recruiting, Screening & Training new Employees an assetAbility to Work in a Fast Paced EnvironmentMust have driver's license and access to vehicle Duties: Responsible for assembling teams in remote locations as per customer requirements:• Develop & maintain connections with staffing agencies in key cities.• Pre screen individuals in preparation for upcoming locations.• Maintain a pool of 50-100 candidates ready to work when projects arise• Create cost effective solutions for last minute staffing requirements.• Responsible for managing & creating job descriptions as necessary, as well as posting all internal and external jobs on Ziprecruiter, and managing the account.• Maintain a positive relationship with nearby colleges and universities for potential candidates and co-op NA for managing and updating as required the Employee Handbook and H&S NA for fulfilling client staffing requirements:• Work with customer to understand needs.• Find, Pre-screen & Interview prospects.• Work with client from start to finish, placing the right candidate.• Posting weekly ads to gather resumes in target locations.• Visit/call local schools promoting part time jobs.• Host interviews/training sessions once a week, in person or via skype.• Create technician certification card, technicians have to show to team leads to be able to work.• Contact technicians on a monthly basis to ensure they are still available, and update list accordingly. Responsible for training all new hires. • Complete standard Orientation package.• Complete WHMIS, WSIB and H&S training.• Complete job specific training.• Perform monthly training and development for team leads and technicians.• May be required to go to client sites to see employees on the floor, review training needs, health and safety, etc. Responsible for creating and maintaining company culture• Manage monthly potluck & outings• Manage Christmas party & employee birthday parties• Suggest disciplinary/incentive program for employees Book accommodations, flights and car rentals as required. Also provide recommendations on making this process more effective for all involved. Assist other departments as required
