Location: Winnipeg, MB, CADuration: 1+ YearsGeneral Description:â€¢ Reporting to the Corporate Services Supervisor, the Corporate Services Associate supports the Winnipeg Office with facilities management, vendor management, reception, administrative support, and shipping & NA Required:â€¢ Initiative to manage a wide scope of projects with multiple deadlines under minimal supervision.â€¢ A high level of attention to detail.â€¢ Effective communication skills and the ability to follow direction.â€¢ Ability to build and foster vendor relationships.â€¢ Work well independently and in a team environment as a mature professional with a positive attitude.â€¢ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & NA & Responsibilities:â€¢ Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.â€¢ Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the Winnipeg facility in adherence to ESH standards.â€¢ Schedule and coordinate staff & contractor safety tours, as well as the issuance of security ID cards and parking passes.â€¢ Manage incoming and outgoing mail through local couriers, Purolator, Canada Post, and FedEx, including organization, sorting and distribution of internal mail.â€¢ Responds to inquiries from contractors, vendors and internal contacts locally and globally.â€¢ Coordinate on projects with external contractors and vendors and ensure work is performed in a safe and timely manner.â€¢ Ensure supplies for break rooms and print/copy rooms are stocked and order new products as required.â€¢ Maintain and distribute employee contact lists.â€¢ Maintain & organize offsite records storage inventory, including retention and destruction.â€¢ Advises and collaborates with ESH on safety concerns.
