Job Description:

Location: Winnipeg, MB, CADuration: 1+ YearsGeneral Description:• Reporting to the Corporate Services Supervisor, the Corporate Services Associate supports the Winnipeg Office with facilities management, vendor management, reception, administrative support, and shipping & NA Required:• Initiative to manage a wide scope of projects with multiple deadlines under minimal supervision.• A high level of attention to detail.• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow direction.• Ability to build and foster vendor relationships.• Work well independently and in a team environment as a mature professional with a positive attitude.• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & NA & Responsibilities:• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the Winnipeg facility in adherence to ESH standards.• Schedule and coordinate staff & contractor safety tours, as well as the issuance of security ID cards and parking passes.• Manage incoming and outgoing mail through local couriers, Purolator, Canada Post, and FedEx, including organization, sorting and distribution of internal mail.• Responds to inquiries from contractors, vendors and internal contacts locally and globally.• Coordinate on projects with external contractors and vendors and ensure work is performed in a safe and timely manner.• Ensure supplies for break rooms and print/copy rooms are stocked and order new products as required.• Maintain and distribute employee contact lists.• Maintain & organize offsite records storage inventory, including retention and destruction.• Advises and collaborates with ESH on safety concerns.
