Job Description:

Join our driven sales teams this Fall 2016! Intercept Group is expanding our team of TELUS Sales Representatives in London, Ontario! Responsibilities Include: · Interacting with consumers at events and door-to-door residential settings · Developing relationships with key resident decision makers to generate meaningful leads · Closing sales through the ability to pitch a customized value proposition addressing both short- and long-term consumer needs · Managing objection/rejection professionally and always providing a positive consumer experience, without exception · Developing expert-level knowledge of services in order to effectively consult with as well as advise new and existing consumers Qualifications: The ideal candidate will reside in the London, Ontario area and possess the following skills: · Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision · Customer experience driven with a positive and professional attitude · Passion for sales with strong negotiation skills · People oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills · Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback & coaching · Proven tenacity and drive to overachieve benchmarks for continued career growth and success · Experience working in a competitive customer service and/or field sales environment · Experience in solution based or consultative based sales techniques (telecommunications experience preferred) Driver's license with access to a vehicle is considered an asset. Compensation: · 3+ month contract available with possibility for extension (starting ASAP this September/October 2016) · Full-time hours (flexible 37.5 hours per week including evenings & weekends) · Base Pay + Bonuses competitive performance-driven package Successful candidates will be provided with paid training where you will learn customer-service oriented sales techniques that will help you build tailored, long-term relationships with consumers.
