Job Description:

Senior Territory Sales Manager We are a leading distributor and fully-integrated producer of tool steels for plastic molds, forging dies and other tooling applications. We provide the mold and die steel and aluminum for many of the largest automotive and consumer companies in the world. As part of our growth plan and strategy to better serve customers, we currently have an opening for a talented Senior Territory Sales Manager. This exempt position is located in the Toronto area and reports to the General Manager in Windsor. The Senior Territory Sales Manager will be tasked with growing sales in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as other territories in Canada, and providing world-class customer service. Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and growing sales to new customers while broadening and deepening relationships with existing accounts. Applicants must have significant sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and demonstrate a track record of growing market share and profitable sales. Knowledge of and experience with mold steel and aluminum are highly preferred. Responsibilities: Grow sales by identifying and calling on new sales targets, understanding those customers' challenges, and selling product and solutions that meet their NA market share and deepen relationships with existing customers by better understanding their needs and offering compelling and differentiated NA sales plans and manage activity accordingly with the General Manager to achieve Specialty Metals sales NA abreast of competitive developments, feed marketing information back to executives and develop action plans that address the evolving business NA with the inside sales team to quickly respond to customer inquiries, orders, and other requests for information and service and ensure that product ships on NA technical support to customers for projects, quality claims, and commercial NA with operations, inside sales, executives, and other Group companies to solve business challenges and seize selling NA the marketing of new products and technologies. REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Two-year (or more) college. 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of growing market share and profitable sales. 3+ years of manufacturing or equivalent technical experience. Strong verbal and written communication NA to read and understand NA math NA to build and develop relationships with new and existing NA to multi-task and move the ball forward on priorities at NA to solve problems in a timely manner and implement NA. Capable of working autonomously with limited guidance.
