As a key member of the Wajax team, the Product Specialist Pneumatic will be responsible for the selling and marketing of Wajax products and for achieving annual sales targets. The incumbent will be responsible for the development of sales strategy and plan, including customer target accounts, prospecting, sales lead follow-up and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers. The Product Specialist will liaise with customers, Technical Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives and suppliers regularly to ensure all necessary information is acquired and disseminated to the proper parties. The incumbent will ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded through the delivery of technical advice and support, troubleshooting and providing resolution to inquiries as they arise. Position RequirementsYour Skills and Qualifications:• Education: College / University Degree• Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a technical position; proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals• Knowledge: experience with supported product line; competent with Microsoft Office; Leadership level industry experience and knowledge of industry sectors an asset• Experience in strategic account management to support account planning efforts• Proven negotiation skills, communication and ability to build presentations• Understand the impact of inventory and in stock levels on business performanceWhy join Wajax?Wajax offers an engaging, stimulating, and rewarding workplace.
