Block Manager - New Build Residential Block - Isleworth - £250
A block manager is required to oversee a large new build RC frame residential block from first fix to handover. The 206 unit project has been on site for 5 months and is currently at shell & core stage so experience running first fix packages onwards on this scale is vital. You will be running 3 blocks, the largest of which is 32 units. All aspects of this scheme will finished to a very high standard so a keen eye for detail is expected.
The successful Site Manager for this role will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines. They will ideally be from a trades background and have experience of dealing with all aspects of resi. This is an ongoing role until the project has been delivered.


* Ensure smooth construction process including
* Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
* Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays

The Site Manager will also liaise with the project team, be involved in progress meetings and ensure Health & Safety Policy is adhered to at all times.
