About the role|
To own and drive the business change associated with IS initiatives ensuring it is accurately defined and managed in order to guarantee successful deployment and implementation across Wholesale & Chief Engineer. Building strong links with Wholesale, Chief Engineer, IS and Customer teams, ensuring best practice is developed, implemented and recorded.
You will be directly accountable for the delivery of business change associated with assigned IS projects. You will undertake detailed analysis when required, using information supplied from different disciplines and demonstrate this to produce informed recommendations. You will also undertake detailed change impact and business readiness assessments for business areas impacted by technological change and successfully resolve issues identified.
You will support and up skill colleagues within the team and build relationships with Wholesale, Chief Engineer, IS and Customer teams to facilitate and manager the successful implementation of projects.
You will have the experience of leading business change projects and have the experience in change impact analysis and business readiness. You will have the experience of working with stakeholders from different teams and environments. You will have the experience of influencing leaders and teams and gaining commitment to change and the business readiness activities to make it successful.
You will have the experience of benefit identification, definition and delivery planning. You must have experience of project management, planning, managing and delivering process improvements, coaching, training and giving feedback.
Any project or change management qualifications would be desirable.
