Regional Project Manager - London
£56,950 - £77,050 per annum + Excellent Benefits
40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday

BTFS is a subsidiary of the BT Group of companies and operates an all-encompassing building support service across BT's vast UK estate. We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis in London. You'll need a good understanding of managing teams, projects and relationships within a construction environment and be on hand to provide expert advice and opinions throughout the whole project cycle.

Duties include:

• Responsible for running major projects with limited director involvement
• Manager of an internal team, overseeing projects of varying degrees of complexity
• Ensuring that all projects within your team are being delivered to the agreed time, cost and quality
• Oversees the determination of project risks, quickly sensing what will help or hinder accomplishment of project goals, and cero critical issues
• Participate as a member of the regional senior management team, focusing on continuous improvement and customer engagement as well as people management / mentoring / motivation
• Communicate and create buy-in to the Projects & Construction strategy across the business
• Aware of and projecting the wider BTFS offer where appropriate and developing wider internal contracts in support of this
• Put together a project management program and monitor this
• Provide expert advice throughout the project cycle
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional Health and Safety culture


• Have a relevant degree and / or membership of MICE/MCIOB/MRICS or similar
• Significant job experience up to a senior level
• Member of relevant associations and bodies, a keen networker
• Full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel regularly
