Quantity Surveyor - Warrington - New Build Housing - £35k - £39k|
I have an available opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in the North West area, local to Warrington, with a national Housing Developer.
I am seeking a QS with around 3 years experience with a similar company delivering new build Housing units, preferably this will be your background.
The role is with a large national construction business within it's Housing division.
You will be based in the division's office in the Warrington area.
You will be required to provide strong Commercial support to their busy projects, covering cost and contractual aspects whilst working to strict deadlines. As such the required Quantity Surveyor must be well motivated, organised and work well within a team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the House building sector and have previous experience in the industry with a similar company.
As standard you must possess the relevant commercial skills such as cost reporting, forecasts, sub contractor management and payments, offer solutions to help ensure profitability.
Other duties will include assistign the Commercial Management as required.
* 3 years experience in Housebuilding as a QS or Assistant QS.
* Thorough understanding of House Building
* Degree level or equivalent qualifications
* Full Driving License required
* Circa £35k - £39k dependent on experience and suitability plus package
