Project Quantity Surveyor - Chelmsford, Essex - £48,000-£50,000

Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor who has managed commercial projects? Do you live local to the Chelmsford, Essex area? Are you looking to start work with a prestigious main contractor?

Responsibilities of the successful Project Quantity Surveyor include:

* Precontract and tender involvement
* CVR's
* Managing/agreeing valuations/variations
* Managing subcontractor accounts
* Procuring subcontractors/negotiations
* Producing Cash Flow Forecasts
* Final Accounts

Requirements of the successful Project Quantity Surveyor include:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction or relevant background
* Main contracting experience essential
* Must be able to show longevity to previous employers
