To be considered for this position, candidates need to have worked in a Contracts Management or Senior Project Management position, while working for a rival reinforced concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor. Ideal backgrounds will be from an engineering route, having completed a degree in civil engineering or similar before progressing up the management tree, gaining experience in technical aspects such as, planning / programming and similar, but candidates from a trades background will still be considered if a strong amount of experience can be shown at this level with a rival subcontractor.
