The role of the Senior Technician is to ensure that customer service level agreements are met and recorded and that internal and external services are available as and when they are required.
In this role you will need to be pro active, have excellent written and oral communication skills whilst also having great customer focus and be fully IT literate. Working within a technical support role would be advantageous for this position, however not essential.
Day to Day Operations:
•Competent operation of internal telephony system
•Liaise directly with Customers, vendors and suppliers in a courteous professional manner
•Owner of end to end ticket management, ensuring that all tickets are logged, updated and communicated correctly with detailed information.
•Accountability for Generating Ad Hoc Reporting such as pivot charts and tables.
•Fault finding customer equipment (analysis)
•Customer support visits as required.
•Problem analysis (proactive)trend analysis
•Customer equipment problem analysis
