Helpdesk Analyst

Job Role
• providing support of Windows Desktop PC's including installing Windows and Software, Windows Servers and standard network services (DNS, file serving etc)
• Knowledge of laser printing in a network environment
• Provide high quality technical support to all staff on a timely basis, using the Helpdesk to receive, prioritise, log activity and complete tasks
• Maintain up to date Active Directory records for all staff including group memberships and individual attributes
• Prepare Virtual and Desktop PC's and VOIP phones from box to production, including virus protection, line of business applications, in accordance with the roll out Procedures,
• Configure the firm's VOIP phone system software (3CX) for inbound lines, individual extensions, Auto attendant (IVR) system and call queues,

The ideal candidate will have 6 months- 1 years IT support experience, within a professional services environment. You will have had experience, supporting; Windows Xp/7, Office 2010, Active Directory, VOIP and Printer issues. Any experience with; Proclaim Case Management software would be a bonus
