My client based in Shefford are looking for a First Line Support Analyst to join the IT team.|
Working closely with the other team members, you will be responsible for initial responses to all employees' queries on the use of hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, copiers) and software (Microsoft Office, Windows 10, ERP, CRM)
Queries will come in via a ticketing system, e-mail or phone.
Your purpose is to solve the employee queries as quickly as you can, being realistic about your own capabilities. You are capable of identifying when you have to call on your colleagues' technical expertise.
Experience in a network environment with Windows 10, ERP systems, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Printers, Copiers, Mobile phones support is preferred.
You will be hands-on with installation of new equipment and configuration of computers. You will be involved in projects with the other team-members where appropriate and development will be mainly on the job, researching solutions for a problem, or sharing knowledge within the team.
This would be an excellent first role for a graduate IT student who is a confident user of software and hardware alike, has an excellent telephone manner and can juggle multiple tasks during the day.
