Quality Inspectors Required.

Due to expansion and increase in business we now require Quality Inspectors to join the business. If you are a have previous Quality Inspection experience ideally within aerospace, precision engineering, automotive or a machining and manufacturing background the we want to hear from you.

With large orders and sustained growth we require skilled Quality Inspectors to work within this prestigious aerospace component supplier. With huge earning potential and a wealth of overtime we can offer a sustained working environment with true job security becoming one of the largest suppliers in the Midlands of precision engineered parts.

Shifts/Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm and Fri 6am-1pm/1pm-8pm rotates weekly mornings and afternoons

Pay Rates: £12.24 - £14.22 per hour

Overtime rates: Mon-Sat time ½ and Sundays Double time

Background required: Must have previous Quality Inspection experience within a precision engineering environment. Ideally aerospace, however other industries considered

The work environment:

This is a fast paced machining environment, working to high tolerances. You will be working with first class manufacturing facilities and practices in a well organised structured working environment.


The company offer off site training courses to enable staff to expand their knowledge and look to progress from within.


-Performing first off, stage and final inspection
-Visually inspect components for surface defects
-Recommend rejections, rework or re-test as and when required
-Generate NCR's (Non Conformance Reports)
-Produce FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports)
-Maintaining records and prepare all related paperwork for FAIRs
-Use of manual measuring equipment to inspection various parts
-Support the continuing 5S and lean manufacturing activities
