An exciting opportunity to co-ordinate the delivery of IT desktop services to employees in a leading European Defence organisation; it is the ideal challenge for those looking to develop experience in the co-ordination of IT, Facilities and Security suppliers in order to ensure optimum delivery of a business critical service.
The role is part of a team of 6 employees and over 70 supplier partner employees in delivering IT desktop services to employees within MBDA UK and a number of overseas locations. The role-holder will be at the customer facing end of the business in order to ensure optimum service delivery across a range of key services achieved through 2 major services delivery supplier partners. The services include - service desk, deskside support, videoconferencing, technical experts, reprographics, accommodation moves, mobile telephony, software packaging, printing, configuration management, incident, problem and change management and IT communications, including creation of bespoke user guides.
