Purpose of the job:

Training Coordinator's main objective to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events by manage, develop, coordinate training programs according to project contract. The Training Coordinator will also work closely with the Consortium, Project Manager, HR and Trainer.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administer and develop the provision of the consortium program and set up and maintain administrative systems for the effective running of the training programs
  • Oversees the planning of project training course design, delivery, training facilities and support documentation. Ensures project training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives
  • Engage relevant internal and external parties in training planning, execution and feedback from the training programme to ensure effectiveness of training
  • Host and coordinate training administration at work location
  • Teach (if required) and support Trainer on courses, workshops as scheduled
  • Graduate in Engineering/Science/Human Resources
Relevant experience required
  • Leadership skills to effectively direct employees while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehension and application of subject material
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of consortium employees
  • 4-5 years of experience in a training environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs
  • High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skills
  • Experience in a multinational company is an extra
  • Fluent in English
