A leading building materials distributor has an immediate career opportunity for a Customer Service Team Lead at its Regina, SK branch. This is a permanent, full-time position to work Monday to Friday daytime NA candidate's key responsibilities include:Responding to customer inquiries through busy walk-in traffic;Oversee, supervise and provide guidance to the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate processing of transactions;Administration and processing of customer orders ;Ensure customer service staff acquire and maintain appropriate interpersonal skills and extensive product knowledge of the full range of products and services;Responsible for administrative and operational functions, reporting and verifications according to policy;Ensure accounts receivables are kept current. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:A team player with excellent customer service skills;3-5 years experience in a similar role including in-person customer service and supervising experience;Attention to detail and strong data entry skills;Very good computer skills and experience with MS Office, Data Entry and Databases;Well-organized;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
