Are you a Mechanical Project Manager looking for an interesting challenge? Looking to work with a well established M&E contractor?
Is the answer YES? If so this is the opportunity to work for a National M&E building services contractor out of the southern office covering London. My client has an excellent list of clientele. With growth year on year they have a planned turnover of £100m for 2016.
My client's capabilities over the years have extended to include a combined M&E service. They offer a start to finish service into markets such as government, commercial, health, hotels, education and retail.
Ideally candidates will come from an M&E sub contractual background and have a good mix in the industry sectors.
1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing Supervisors, site personnel, trades sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
12 Project values ranging between £10,000 and £12m
