The company brief:
One of the UK's premium residential developers who currently build out housing plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months the need has arisen to recruit for a Bricklayer with immediate effect.

The project:
A traditional build 500+ unit site comprising of houses and apartments for private sale with elements of housing association across the various phases.

Your new role:
As a Bricklayer working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking a varied mix of duties everyday. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in Folkestone and your role will involve but not be limited to:

* Carrying out face work and block work.
* Building internal/external walls.
* Working as part of a bricklaying team.
* Required to do pointing.

About you:

* Some previous in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
* CSCS Card
* Small tools or a PASMA certificate would be an advantage but not essential.
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Focused on progress.
