Our client, a reputable Housing Association is looking for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to work within their team to develop positive relationships with residents during refurbishment, maintenance and major work programs.
The role is to start as soon as possible and is based in Newcastle.
The Role will involve:
* Establishing good working relations with the client
* Resolving any potential issues and dealing with complaints
* Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
* Participating in weekly site meetings and project team meetings.
Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
