Mechanical Site Manager
Location - High Wycombe (covering London)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Package
Are you a Mechanical Site Manager looking to progress your career with a well established Mechanical contractor?
Is the answer YES? Then this is the opportunity to work for a National M&E building services contractor out of the southern office covering London. My client has an excellent list of clientele. With growth year on year they have a planned turnover of £100m for 2016.
Their experience and understanding of clients enables them to provide the right service and solution. My client is a high end M&E contractor, that's offers a start to finish service into markets such as government, commercial, health, hotels, education and retail.
Ideally candidates will come from a Mechanical Sub Contractual background and have experience of a similar industry.
Main duties will include

* Supervision of all Mechanical sub-contractors on site
* Ordering of all materials
* Managing the H&S on site and maintaining the H&S paperwork for monthly audits.
* The running of site inductions.
* Assisting with value engineering where possible.
* Reviewing, maintaining performance and quality. Whilst trying to reduce cost.
* Procurement sourcing and developing agreements.
* Assisting the Mechanical Project Manager
