The company: From barn and manor house conversions to luxury apartments and cottages, they restore and convert neglected and historic buildings. They believe in breathing new life and value into properties, incorporating good design and quality. My client's reputation for quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Their expertise is not limited to historic buildings, however, and they have successfully also completed the construction of over 100 newly built homes in the last 5 years.

The candidate will have experience in managing restoration / renovation and ideally - new build residential projects. Although based in the West Midlands, they have a multi-million pound project in Bristol about to start which consists of a renovation / change of use of a Victorian building, into luxury apartments. (£10m value & 14 months in duration)Therefore, the candidate must be flexible with travel.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you will have a valid SMSTS certificate and will be able to provide clear reference points. It is also highly desirable that the successful candidate has a proven project history of managing similar projects, in value, type and spec. Again, due to project location, it is imperative that you will need to be flexible to travel.
What you'll get in return
Apart from a highly competitive basic salary & benefits, you will be joining an award winning, family owned company, who have an excellent reputation for staff retention and investing in their people. The projects are both equally interesting and rewarding.
