You will be reporting into a Contract Manager and the Construction Director and will responsible for but not limited to:
Maintaining up to date H&S policies and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
Ensure all environmental policies are adhered to.
Inducting all staff including sub contractors satisfactorily
Ensuring that all directly employed people work within the required spec.
Motivate support and manage all direct employees and sub contractors.
Ensure cost effectiveness of all site procedures and construction procedures.
Organise regular site meetings to ensure all projects are on track raising early signs of delays and dealing with them accordingly.
Attend weekly sales meetings and keep all key sales personnel informed of progress.
Ensure practical completions and formulated.
Ensure site security is maintained at all times.
Conform to all NHBC and other warranty providers.
Ensure a satisfactory level of stock control on site.
Thoroughly inspect all completed units prior to handover.
Thoroughly inspect and snag each plot prior to any HNBC key stage inspection.
Build in accordance with relevant practices.
Ensure cost control at all times on site.
