The role will manage a team of HR professionals across a couple of business units. Your role will be based on a real culture and values focus, really looking at the organisation and ensuring the structure, capability and behaviors are fit for purpose. Senior management level coaching and development will be key, alongside looking at what good really looks like and making that the centre of the people management strategy. You will also look at the capability and structure within the HR team but also the capability within the wider management structure and winning over hearts and minds to push more of an empowerment culture with greater transparency.
To apply for this role you should be a robust and influential HR professional with a real "can do" attitude. A true generalist who has operated at a senior HR Management level and managed a good sized HR team (10 plus). You will have been able to demonstrate a proven track record in effecting great cultural change within businesses, with a real focus on OD, Management capability and coaching. You must also still be prepared to get close to the operation and understand the demands of the business as well as what the employee base are looking for. You will be able to challenge and influence at a group level as well as at all levels internally
