Title: Community/Resident Innovation Manager
Location: Morten, London
Salary: 35,000 plus package
Hours of work: Mon Fri 9am-5:30pm

The client is a major player in the construction, regeneration and refurbishments of social housing projects across the UK.
This position is available to manage and deliver innovative social value to a London community. Work with community engagement initiatives and exceed SVP (Social Value Plan Act 2013). In line with the companies' social responsibility policy, ensure the company are supporting worthwhile causes with resourceful aspirations.
Provide relevant reports on the community investment activity
Manage investment budgeting in line with proposed improvements
Liaising with colleges, support and facilitate training to community volunteers and visit various resident visits to promote Estate facilities
Work with local community centres to extend usage and secure reinvestment
Liaise and work with stakeholders to identify local charities, schools and projects to gain sponsorship to regenerate local area
Manage, support and deliver logistics and liaise with senior RLO's, offices and operational management to support sub-contractor work in order to deliver construction on time and as promised.
You will also be involved in recruitment, extensive reporting and monitoring of all processes and social responsibility.
Skills and experience required:
Minimum 3 years' experience managing and delivering community or regeneration projects.
Able to work to deadlines and under relative pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills to develop relationships.
Able to work remotely, with good IT skills and budget/report management
