Job Overview:-

To manage and deliver innovative social value aligned to community aspirations. To ensure community engagement initiatives and programmes meet and in time, exceed the social value plan. To ensure the client is involved in supporting worthwhile causes with innovative and resourceful aspirations in keeping with our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (CSR) and promotion of Social Value delivery.

• Work with the Community Investment and Regeneration Delivery Groups to ensure the Social Value Plan aligns with community aspiration
• Provide robust measurement against our Community Investment Activity report
• Manage the investment budget, providing business cases for proposed improvements
• Coordinate training, work experience and employment opportunities across all partners
• Liaise with the Local Authority regarding any improvement to the facilities serving the Estate
• Liaise with local colleges to maximize opportunities for residents
• Use our position of visiting/ working with every resident to promote Estate facilities as well as promoting any Moat key messages and initiatives to ensure a joined up approach
• Act as a catalyst for coordinating key partners for the duration of the works & beyond
• Track funding pots, making and supporting applications to relevant bodies to secure tangible Estate improvements, working at all times with appropriate local stakeholders
• Administer funding body performance returns to ensure full monies are achieved
• Source, support and facilitate training for Volunteers as a route to work and fulfillment
• Look at the barriers to inclusion and employment and provide mitigating measures
• To extend community centre usage/ income for reinvestment into additional resources, services or facility improvements
• Work with Trusts and stakeholders to extend usage & income from the Youth Centre for reinvestment in the facility and the longevity of the [youth] service.
