Carry out PPM, pro-active and reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.|
Excellent fault finding and practical skills.
Able to work unsupervised and function as part of a team.
Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works on plant
Attend, diagnose and repair faults having due regard to customer care in specific environments.
Complete and relevant paperwork and report diligently
Provide call out responses for the client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary

Able to work safely at all times
solve issues in the first instance in a manner that will not put the clients or people at risk of contamination
possess effective communication skills with ability to write technical reports and communicate verbally with supervisor, manager, help desk and client representatives.
Ability to use electronic hand held devices
Identify issues or risk that require escalation as necessary to supervisor or manager.
Any other relevant duties that may be required
** ESSENTIAL SKILLS **
Full UK Driving Licence
Full commercial gas qualification - CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1
Experience with oil fired boilers
FGAS and refrigeration
