Quantity Surveyor - Award Winning Regional Contractor - Permanent - Redhill, Surrey - up to £55k basic plus package

My client is an award winning Sussex based main contractor with projects valued between £7m-£30m


A leading/Award winning Regional Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £80m with projects predominantly in the Sussex and Surrey regions. Projects consisting of Healthcare, Education, Aviation and Commercial Sectors.


* Currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to run a £16m New Build Education Project in Redhill, Surrey.
* You will be a project level Surveyor reporting to a SQS.
* This opportunity allows for fast track progression, becoming the lead surveyor reporting to a Managing QS who will visit on occasion.

Ideal candidate:

* Will have a stable career history (ideally with a main contractor)
* Will have a track record of overseeing commercial/education projects in excess of £4mil for a top 20 main contractor.
* Will ideally be Degree Educated


* Basic Salary up to £55k
* £5.5k Car Allowance or choose from an extensive company car list
* Matching Pension up to 16%
* Local Projects so travelling will be to a minimum
* Great Sussex Based office
